Actually, I believe it was made clear, but most people didn't want to hear it. My ad in the Nov. show catalog detailed the entire episode. The bulletin at the time had an article re the ethics comm. discussed putting charges against me because of my ad. It was all for show and a power grab. The dogs weren't even thought of. That was obvious to all who paid attention. It was stated in the bulletin that they didn't have reason to charge me with anything. Of course, no one ever said anything to me directly . . . The question wasn't worded properly on purpose, and of course afterwards all that was said is that we voted against AKC recognition. Our leaders were aware that the matter was out of our hands, but decided ignore it. To say this was disappointing is an understatement. I've been depressed about it ever since.
