This is not a bad idea.  To expand on this--it already costs non-members
double to register their puppies with CKCSC.  Why don't we apply the regular
registration fees on those who disclose cardiologist heart results (or any
test results) and apply the double rate to those who don't?  Or something
along those lines . . .
