It is just my personal preference not to because: 1) overuse can cause Vitamin D overload (winter use not usually a problem because we are not outside enough getting our Ds from the sun); 2) it is a "liver" oil and this is a body filter where toxins can be stored. IMO, it is better to use "body" fish oils.
