Cindy, You can take a homepathic medicine called Rhus tox- 30c for yourself and it will make it heal very quickly. You take this by mouth. It won't hurt the dogs either if you give it to them. You are doing the best to wash the sheets, dogs, bedding and everything. You should also kill the ivy out in the yard. Let me know how it goes. Cheryl Lorditch
