Ours around here are $75 and up--more if the dog does something in group.
But $300 would be close to enough for some of the drive-to shows.  I don't
think I'll spend a whole lot more than that for York.  It would take 10
shows to *save* enough for a fly-to CKCSC show--sometimes.  When I fly I
save on lodging (usually 1 night less), food (usually part of one day less),
gas, tolls, entries (rarely enter more than 1 dog--2 max when I fly) and the
dog sitter (usually 1 day less so in a way the dogs get to fly for *free*.
My airline ticket is the only *extra* expense over a drive-to show.
