NO a Tri to b/t will not give you all four colors unless the b/t is
carrying a parti color gene and a red gene.

So if you cross a blen with a b/t then a black and tan puppy from this
breeding WILL be able to produce all four colors. Because he is carrying
a wholecolor gene as he is whole color and he is carrying a black gene
as he is a b/t but because one parent is a blen he also carries a
particolor gene as well as the red gene. ONLY a b/t with a particolor
parent can give you all four colors.

Thanks
Cathy
