Try giving her goat's milk watered down with a little boiled water about
10 -20%. I used to find that Carnation sometimes gave puppies diarrhea. That
might be why she is not gaining. Goat's milk is usually available in larger
supermarkets. It really puts on weight. I had to hand feed a litter once and
tried Carnation formula and they really got the runs. I changed to goat's
milk and they thrived.
