Spam is getting to be a nuisance on ckrm-tech and the filters we've been
adding don't seem to be keeping up to the task.
So posting on ckrm-tech is being restricted to members of the list + a
few people from the kernel community who aren't on the list (eg. Andrew
Morton) but who have typically group replied to mail that has this list
on cc.
If you think some non-list member should be added to the list of email
ids permitted to post, pls send me/Chandra a note.
If the spam comes down, we'll revisit the posting policy change.
