        We're no longer working on a scheduler replacement -- for a variety of
reasons it's not a mainline-friendly approach. In f-series CKRM we are
following Maeda-san's lead with the subcpuset-based CPU resource
controller.

        For this reason we did not see any point to working on the old CKRM cpu
scheduler for e19.
