Mahesh,

        We've used the distinction between development and stable to reflect a
significant change in our design compared to e-series. Hence I can't be
certain when it will become "stable".

        Perhaps the best information I can offer along these lines is that the
core f-series code has not changed drasticly in the past 3 months.
Please feel free to try out the memory and cpu controllers (memrc, and
cpurc) with f0.4 available under the ckrm-development section on
sourceforge and send feedback to this list.
