f0.4 is posted against 2.6.14. I'm not sure if this is what you meant
by 1st official release of f-series. Can you be more specific about what
you're looking for?
Generaly the core patches apply to new mainline kernels. The patches
that require the most maintenance tend to be the resource controllers.
