Thats expected behaviour. See the archives regarding clmilter becoming
quiescent during a reload.

Well, not entirely expected. Yes, it makes sense for it to increase memory usage briefly after each database reload. But the usage seems to suggest that it's keeping 2 databases in memory at all times, and sometimes getting a third, which goes away after some time. Of course, I'm basing all of this on watching the RSS for several days. I haven't been able to get gdb to tell me exactly what's going on with the databases.

I'll probably take a closer look at the source next week, if this is still an open issue by then.
