Probably not. There have been quite some changes since 0.99 and I doubt SLE 12 SP2 will satisfy all of them. For instance, you'll need a newer libcurl than is available. This is not for the faint of heart and IMHO doesn't make sense for a system that is so close to being EOL'd.
