Hi Chris,
I'm maintaining the email interface into bugzilla, which currently
lives under the contrib directory of the bugzilla package. We're
currently using the email interface for entering and appending to bugs as
much or more than the web-based interface.
This is currently very much working, at least for us. I'd be
happy to help set it up and debug it for this project (the more it gets
tested, the happier I am). Also, I'm about to allocate a few days to do
more bugzilla hacking. If there is anything missing the email interface,
please let me know or file a bug, and I'll get to it.
