I've never used gnatsweb (I'll definitely check it out!), but GNATS is a
bit of a pain to setup (not that Bugzilla was a breeze last time I set
it up ;P). I really like web interfaces to bug tracking systems,
though an email interface would be nice as an additional feature. Web
interfaces provide an excellent means of soliciting end user feedback
(they are much more likely to use a web interface than an email or
command line interface). :)
