Hi All! I have an HP Pavillion Laptop running XP Pro SP 2, Norton 10.1 with a Virus definition date of 9/10/2007 , but it keeps failing saying that the Virus Definitions are not up to date. I have uninstalled the Agent and Norton several times to no avail. The agent says that it is not able to launch the file update- Live Update from Norton and launched locally do not work.
I'm running 4.0.6.1 - she also has SPY BOT Search and Destroy 1.5 on the machine, but I turned it off. Can anyone offer and guidance? It would be most appreciated! Thanks! Debbie UMW
