I gave the user her machine back for now- she is bringing it back tomorrow 
morning.

I also have a client with Norton 10.1 that's failing saying that it's
not a recognized AV client. I was under the impression that 10.1 was
supported under 4.1.2.0 CAM/CAS/Agent.
