Today, there's no netboot support for Indiana, but I know they're planning
to add it. Is it possible for the primary device to simply default to the
name "net0"? Or would that cause problems for a network-based upgrade?
If so, it might be sufficient to simply delay application of netN names to
a subsequent boot.
