* libipmp (high-level overview)
* Miscellaneous Library API Enhancements (if_nametoindex(),
if_indextoname(), if_nameindex(), ifaddrlist(), ifaddrlistx())
And semantically significant updated sections for:
* Observing IPMP probes with ipmpstat -p
* Controlling Output with ipmpstat -o
I've also made some formatting improvements and fixed some typos.
