When you create a number though Ellis, it generates a password for that subscriber. However for security reasons we only display that password once - if you refresh the page (or navigate away and come back) the password is shown as "Not Available". After you create a number you should enter it into your UAC immediately (or make a note of it before you leave the page). If you have already created a number you can reset the password by clicking the "Reset" button. You will probably also need to enter something like an "Authorization name" into your UAC. This is the "Private Identity" displayed in Ellis.
