Sai, The DNS configuration lives on a separate DNS server. We have experience of using BIND for this, and the process is described in http://clearwater.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Clearwater_DNS_Usage/index.html#bind. Have you tried this?
You asked for an example DNS configuration file - this is contained in the "Configuring Zone" subscriber (http://clearwater.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Clearwater_DNS_Usage/index.html#configuring-zone). Once you have a DNS server, you need to point your hosts at it - either via DHCP or (more likely in your scenario) by following http://clearwater.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Clearwater_DNS_Usage/index.html#client-configuration.
