Thanks for sending these logs, but unfortunately they still don’t quite match up – the Bono log covers 05:25:46.377 to 05:26:14.776 (and the last REGISTER message is at 05:25:56.911), whereas the Sprout log covers 05:26:03.603 to 05:26:44.156 (so it only starts after the last REGISTER message was sent). It looks like you might have pasted some console output into a document - could you copy the whole log file off the server and attach it instead?
Some of the fixes in the Charizard release (released today) may resolve this problem – are you able to upgrade to it (following the instructions at http://clearwater.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Upgrading_a_Clearwater_deployment.html) or redeploy the Heat templates? I’m also going to turn up a Heat deployment myself and see if I can reproduce this problem. I have also double checked the credentials. I have created the users inside homestead and homer using the bulk_create.py script. kindly have a look on the new captured logs and suggest me a solution to solve this issue waiting for your kind response Regards, M Tahir Sent from Windows Mail From: Robert Day (projectclearwater.org)<mailto:[email protected]> Sent: Monday, April 18, 2016 7:22 PM To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>, [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Hi Tahir, Thanks for getting in touch! I’ve looked through the log files you’ve sent, but unfortunately they cover different time periods, so it’s not very easy to see what’s happening for any particular request. The Sprout log covers 11:00:02.035 to 11:00:16.292, the Homestead log covers 11:00:06.698 to 11:01:05.644, and the Bono log covers 11:00:02.551 to 11:00:03.492. Additionally, I don’t see a 403 or 504 error in any of these logs. Could you check that all your systems are set to the same time (e.g. with NTP) and send the same logs but covering a few minutes? One thing I did notice in the logs was a networking error: “15-04-2016 11:00:16.241 UTC Error httpconnection.cpp:643: http://hs.xflowresearch.com:8888/impi/2010000006%40xflowresearch.com/av?impu=sip%3A2010000006%40xflowresearch.com failed at server 192.168.0.6 : Timeout was reached (28) : fatal”. It’s worth checking that 192.168.0.6 is the correct IP address for Homestead and that there’s good network connectivity between Sprout and Homestead. I have enabled the debug_level=5 and captured the log files for: 1. bono 2. sprout 3. homestead 4. users registered in homestead_cache “impi” your help is required to solve this issue I have done the deployment multiple times but the error remains the same. waiting for your kind response thanks Tahir Sent from Windows Mail
