My copy of CCW 0.28.0_STABLE001 has mysteriously grown a bug. My guess is
it's an incompatibility with the Java version I have. I've kept the latter
up to date, but not the former.

The problem occurs trying to launch a REPL. I get a timeout error no matter
what. Windows Firewall popups were all answered with "accept". I double
checked it's set to allow CCW and javaw processes to communicate on
loopback. Still times out.

So I figured it's likely that the Java updates broke something, and tried
to update CCW figuring newer versions will work around the breakage.

No dice.

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be
found.
Software being installed: Counterclockwise 0.34.0.STABLE001 (ccw
0.34.0.STABLE001)
  Missing requirement: Marketplace Client 1.4.0.v20150618-1659
(org.eclipse.epp.mpc.feature.group 1.4.0.v20150618-1659) requires
'org.eclipse.equinox.p2.discovery.feature.feature.group
[1.0.0.v201004,2.0.0)' but it could not be found
  Cannot satisfy dependency:
    From: Counterclockwise 0.34.0.STABLE001 (ccw 0.34.0.STABLE001)
    To: org.eclipse.epp.mpc.feature.group [1.4.0.v20150618-1659]

How do I make this work? I do not appreciate having formerly functioning
software on my computer stop working merely from a period of disuse,
without proactive user intervention. Software isn't supposed to RUST!
