Thanks, I finally got it to work.  After I got past the error I mentioned
before, I had problems trying to get the package I wanted built into the
customized image.  The problem was that it wasn't in the main lenny
distribution, it was in non-free.  Even though I had added the non-free
option in the apt sources.list, it wasn't finding it.  I had to enable the
non-free repository with a -c 'non-free main' flag added onto the
create-debian-live command.  I also added the firmware-bnx2 package to the
PKG_FROM_DBN_WHICH_OCS_LIVE_NEED variable in the /opt/drbl/conf/drbl.conf
file just for good measure.
