1. Boot Clonezilla live 1.2.1-39 on your MacBook Pro
2. Enter command line prompt
3. sudo su -
4. cat /proc/partitions
5. parted -s /dev/sda print (replace /dev/sda with your hard drive 
device name)

Please post the results of 4 and 5.

BTW, maybe you can give testing Clonezilla live 1.2.1-41 or experimental 
Clonezilla live a try ?
Please let us know your results.
