Hi Steven, I don't think I gave you the remaining part of the error from partclone:
"Checking the disk space... (standard_in) 1: syntax error" I took the same system, uses OSX's Time Capsule program to backup to a external USB drive which its formats it in hfs+ format. I then booted to Clonezilla to see if I could image that external USB drive and I could. Anyway to get Clonezilla to generate a more verbose log on what it does not Like about cloning the 320GB SATA drive which comes with this new MacBook Pro?
