Hi Thomas, I have a MacBook Pro with a 160GB drive (Model #A1226) 2.4HGz 4GB of RAM. The MacBook Pro, at work, just shipped to us. Sorry, I don't have the model # with me. It has a 320GB drive. My MacBook Pro works just fine with Clonezilla but the new MacBook Pro does not.
Both Macs are running 10.5.6 My suspicions are with the SATA controller and/or disk being different, but that's my opinion. We're schedule to get another MacBook Pro from our supplier soon. I will email you with the model #. Your partition /dev/sda2 is " 2 210MB 160GB 160GB hfs+ Customer" from parted 2. but partclone.hfsp get the partition size is 320GB from super block (78058828*4096=320GB) Could you give me the macbookpro and osx version ? ---- Summary:partclone says the partition is clean. Signature=H+ Version=4 Attr-Unmounted=1(1 is clean, 0 is dirty) Attr-Inconsistent=0 HFS_Plus '/dev/sda2' is clean --- below message maybe wrong --- blockSize:4096 <--here?? totalBlocks:78058828 <--here?? freeBlocks:72998339 <--here?? --- the result is bitmap calculate error!
