I tried this but the full image still loaded according to 120GB drive configuration. The resizing partition did not adjust the partitions according to the 160GB drive the image was loaded on.

If you choose "-k1" option in the expert mode, Clonezilla will try to create a proportional partition table for you. The problem is, all the steps are done at the same time.
