Hi, Can you check your management server log what is causing the failure? Does CS say "Unable to Deploy VM" or it does succeed just does not work? Check the supported OS type on the citrix website for your version of hypervisors what OS-es are supported and choose accordingly from the OS list for your ISO.

Are you trying to build a VM instance from an ISO? Make sure the selected OS type for you ISO is supported by your hypervisor. For example on Vmware use "Other Linux (2.6x) 64bit" for your Debian and Ubuntu installs. Currently CS allows you to choose an OS type for your template that is not supported by your hypervisior rig.
