Telus seems to me, more of a business run ISP than a technology-savy one.
I mean, they'll hire the people with enough knowledge to setup their systems without
completely understanding it to save a buck.

I have this opinion because their dailup software, back in 98 would connect to a 800 #
to fill out your account...
heh, this dailup server used tcp/ip and routed packets on the internet...
I got free dailup after discovering how their software worked, and it was a 100% legal
hack. heh, go Telus!

I was surprised it took them a little over a month to figure out their security hole.

There's more, I'm sure of it, but I'm not out to try.

Oh yeah, that reminds me. I had my OSA password re-set to Telus's default one day, I
couldn't figure out why my password didn't work, so I tried the default... I was
choked. It could be a minor error, I called them they told me it was the first they
heard of. I don't know, but if this happened to more people I'd be worried.
