I think that is the point I'm getting to. Telus doesn't care about their clients and 
are not willing to help out in situations such as this. That's really bad business. I 
suppose though that their DSL service is not really supposed to be as robust as I'd 
like it to be, but that's besides then point when talking about customer 
service.

I'm not advertising or spamming here in any way, and by no means boasting that the 
company I work for is the best ISP in the world, but if anyone in Calgary 
is looking for a reliable high-speed internet connection, take a look at TeraGo 
Networks. http://www.terago.ca. It's cheaper than most high end ISPs, and more 
reliable. The customer service is really good, as well, I know, I work in the NOC. I'm 
not saying we never have any network problems, or we've never had 
customer churn, you can't please everybody, but we do our best and are willing to go 
the extra mile for our customers.
