Zero Knowledge comes to mind. Stuff like this forces people to use encyption, further causeing the govnerment to spend MORE Money on equipment to break encyrptions. (if possible)
Heh, of which there's a good chance these terrorists are using anyway. The thing governments have yet to realize is. They can't controll the internet. It's out of their grasps. Instead of watching to see if people are Terrorists, why not impose better immigration? better security at THE AIRPORT. Control substances better... There's a LONG List of MUCH better places that need reform and control. This bill would fall right along the lines of the stupidity of software patents. Thank god its just a proposal.
