Is the website on a Telus network at all or do you go through Telus to get
to it? I've seen a similar problem recently with a webserver I admin that
does email/web hosting for a few clients and I couldn't get to any of
those sites from a Telus DSL connection at one point. The server I was
trying to get to was on Radiant DSL. I could however SSH and connect to
the mail services. The problems resolved itself in a couple days and I
had the same problem a little later on from a Shaw connection. If you are
going through Telus's backbone at all you may experience the same problem,
they are constantly having routing problems... that's what happens when
you sit a monkey down at a router :) Then again, this may be a different
problem then you are having.
