Shaw is in the middle of a huge network IP change, you may notice that if you are on Shaw that your IP address is now in the range of 68.x.x.x instead of 24.x.x.x. That may be one the problems you are experiencing. This last weekend 2 of our clients on a dynamic Shaw IP had their IP changed to 68.x.x.x and my home internet connection changed to the same scheme too.
If your work is still on CADVision then that might be bad too, CADVision is still up and running in a lot of places but they aren't supposed to be (Officially, CADVision was completely out of service on August 15). Telus is in the middle of dismantling all the CADVision hardware so don't be surprised if they just pull your plug without any warning.
