LPD uses 515 by default, CUPS uses 631 by default.  However, if you are sharing out
the printer with Samba then you do not need to open those ports on any of the
interfaces.  Opening only the Samba ports and sharing the printer through it would
be the best way to go about this from a security stand point.  If you are using CUPS
and want to use the web-based management features in it then you will need to share
out port 631 anyways, although I would only allow access to that port from specific
IP addresses.
