This should be controlled by your GNOME 1.4 installation. If you change the default web browser in the the GNOME Control Center, it should change it for evo. > 2) When I go to save an attached file the GTK file save dialog drops the > name of the file as soon as I change to a different directory. There is light at the end of the tunnel, as this problem doesn't exist in GTK+ 2.x, and they should be starting to port Evo. to GTK 2 quite soon. > 3) Evolution can make a vcf file from my contacts but how can I make it > attach that as my default signature. Sorry, I don't have any experience with that. > 4) Clicking on help does not do anything. Is help missing? Clicking Help/Table of Contents should open a Mozilla window with html documentation in it. Under Red Hat this is located at file:///usr/share/gnome/help/evolution/C/index.html my guess is that you either have a faulty install, or maybe you are using a pre-1.0 version of Evolution that didn't have complete documentation. Check that you have the latest version. What distro. are you running? Did you compile Evo yourself or use a rpm/deb? > 5) Spell check does not work. Without the help working I don't know if I > am supose to enable it or what. That's strange. Spell check has always worked out of the box for me. Again I would check your install. Also, it probably uses GNOME libraries for its spell check capabilities. Do you have GNOME 1.4 installed? I'm sure that kmail will export your address book to one of these file types. Jesse
