The link from my Palm to my e-mail software instantly lets me email someone that I entered into my Palm or add a new contact in to my Palm when they send me an email.
With Evolution all I do is put my Palm in the cradle and press the sync button and instantly I see my contacts update between both units. Vary nice :)
