I have been a long time fan of Canon, and contacted you several weeks ago in
the hope that you would be able to provide a product that would meet my
needs.  Unfortunately, Canon does not offer a product for me at the moment.
I have chosen to purchase a PRODUCT X due to it's ability to fill a need
that Canon presently cannot.  Please keep me name and let me know if a Linux
supported product does become available.  As an active participant in the
Calgary Linux User Group, I am often involved in product discussions.  Based
on my past successes with Canon, I would like to know when Canon begins
supporting Linux so that I can resume advocating their products to fellow
members.
