I would have to agree with Cameron regarding the need for a consistent and professional "image" and communication from the CLUG. And once officially a "Society", although not formally a requirement of the "Society Act", a consistent and professional image which is in keeping with the Mission Statement, would be prudent. Moderation of the mailing list might also be something considered to ensure professional and appropriate dialog. Admittedly it is a real drag to have to implement "policing" or "big-brother" measures, but as we saw today with the hundreds of adult links showing up on the members list, some people will take advantage of such holes when given the opportunity. Cant speak for Cameron's feelings of being ignored...but can certainly sympathize with feeling "invisible"....not necessarily on this list though. > > > -----Original message----- > From: "CameronNikitiuk" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED],[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Date: 12/01/2002(Sun) 03:45pm > Subject: RE: (clug-talk) Membership List > > I would like to take this opportunity to open up the debate for perhaps an > additional member of the executive committee.
