the FDL is a GNU license. specifically for documentation because the FSF 
realized that people were using licenses such as the GPL/LGPL for things they 
are not appropriate for (and therefore do not properly protect) such as 
documentation.

this is admirable and i like the concept. i would only suggest using an 
appropriate GNU license.
