I have not tried that lately ... but in the past when I have used the fish protocol in a save dialog .. it was rather flaky. Hit and miss whether it worked. If it did .. it was much slower than regular connections through konqueror. I found it less of a headache to downloand a file .. and then transfer with fish, as opposed to downloading using fish, :-( Maybe it has improved since my last attempt. Bah! GUI editors are lame! :-p Learn some VIM commands! ;-) Andy
