possible, but could be a fair amount of work. does access or any other windows 
database GUI app suport ODBC access? if so, then you could probably set up 
ODBC to the MySQL (or whatever...) database and use a native RAD tool?

of course, the web gui will be cross platform, but at the cost of probably 
greater devel time, more potential for bugs and less power as html forms are 
pretty basic animals. if your database is simple then the downsides probably 
aren't that great.
