Redhat 8 couldn't have been any sweeter than the sound of the introduction guitar strumming. That was a nice touch. ALL of it went on without a hitch and any user with a Grade 4 education can become a near complete network administrator by simply installing. Everything is point and click. All hardware was detected and setup perfectly. I've nothing bad to say about RH8 except the lack of KDE. It's obviously pointing people towards GNOME and that's just fine. In fact, I think SuSE is still the only distro that integrates itself with KDE FULLY and COMPLETELY. So we've got SuSE and KDE on one side, we've got Redhat and Gnome on the other. Makes perfect sense. It gets a full 10/10 anyway. Redhat remains my number one choice for a computing system with VERY specific needs. I would recommend Redhat 8 for anyone that wants to migrate from Windows to Linux.
My penguin still wears green but if his green clothes were dirty and in need of washing, he'd definitely be wearing his red outfit until his green one was washed : )
