Hello Garth,

A friend of mine said that those windows administrator certificates apply to
later versions of windows than windows 95. I do not intend to update even to
windows 98 let alone windows xp and I never use outlook express but just use
excel and word for personal use.

I do intend to upgrade my linux systems instead of upgrading windows. I find
linux a lot more fun to use than windows.

As soon as I have mandrake 9.0 installed I intend to surf the net usings only
konqueror and email using kmail.

regards,

Michael
