If I remeber at the last meeting, there was some discussion with having Emacs and VI presented together but there may not be enough time to present both editors fairly. Separatly might be the best, then have a "Emacs vs VI" presentation to follow-up. Any thoughts?

We will be having a presentation on Emacs next month (next week). Jason Louie would like to do a presentation on VI to complement this. Currently, my IPCop presentation with SHawn Grover is in the May slot. I would be more than willing to switch it with Jason.
I agree that having the Vi and Emacs presentations together might be good. How long are they expected to be? Could it be in a single evening?
Beyond that we have no other presentations scheduled. There are however a number of suggested topics. We are looking for volunteers to take the challenge of presenting one of these topics for the group.
I'm always happy doing more on Python although it's not specifically Linux. Building web apps with Python, games, ...
