Hell, I would even go so far as to say that I think we should make this a
regular component of our meetings. "Console Commands" could become very
popular. I see this as an opportunity to illustrate these
commands/functions. You could do five at a time for some of the simpler ones
or spend some time on one of the more in-depth commands.

How about extolling on the practical ways to use grep? I'm sure others besides myself would find that command a useful bit of ammunition for the linux arsenal.
