I run all of those except nntp on my Shaw business site. They all work
fine.

I also spoke to Shaw in advance of us adding significant traffic to our
site, and I never recieved a phone call about it. We did about 100Gig up
and another 100 down per month for about 6 months. They said that we were
on their most expensive package, so I was basically free to use it however I
wanted.

In return, we haven't used shaw in a couple of months now, but I keep it
running because it's a good backup, and they've earned my business by their
past actions.

Kev.
