1. Mandrake 9.1, Slackware 9.1, FreeBSD 5.0, FloppyFW

2. Kept slackware on file server. No other changes in distros, only versions

3. Used to run slackware on all systems. moved to mandrake for my main development and 
notebook computers (easier to configure). slackware remains on
my file server and FreeBSD does everything else (dns, squid, etc) - kept slackware and 
moved to FreeBSD for reliability/familiarity w/ CLI ;-)
