Mozilla has it's own widget set.  One of the reaseons why it is so _HUGE_.

You will not be able to set a KDE theme to Mozilla.  

Several other apps like DVD::rip, are based on the GTK+ windowing library, 
where as KDE is based on QT.

It's like using xmms, or gimp.  It will never pick up KDE thems, but there are 
plenty of xmms themes available for xmms right?  Applications like that are 
limited to themes available solely for those applications.
