-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Everyone,
I've been tasked with evaluating ISPs to compare to Shaw's service (we're talking business Internet here). I know there's Telus, and TeraGo. There is also Shaw's Big Pipe, but they don't list any prices on their website, so I'm afraid it's one of those "if you have to ask, you probably can't afford it" sort of deals. Is there anyone else? I have to weigh price into this, so a T(1/3), thousands of dollars a month sort of deal is out of the question. Is the lowly small business relegated to "barely above consumer" levels of service? (I've heard that last statement doesn't really apply to TeraGo, that they are better than Shaw and Telus - experiences, anyone?) I need to host my own servers, but it seems everywhere I look ISPs are cheaping out on IP addresses and upload bandwidth and quotas.
